Problems with the Ordering Process

Starting this morning at 11:54 a.m., we experienced issues with the ordering process. Initially, affected orders could not be created at all—users were not redirected to the payment provider. Later on, while payment was possible, the orders were not processed.

The issue has been resolved, and all affected orders have been processed retroactively.

If you still notice that an order is missing, please create a ticket in our customer portal—we will address it immediately.
