Hello everyone,
Since November 2025, we’ve been working intensively behind the scenes on the future of 24fire. A lot has been accomplished during this time: existing systems have been overhauled, new ideas have been developed, and our systems have been refined step by step. Now, the next big step is approaching.
On Thursday, October 29, 2026, we’ll be migrating our systems to a fundamentally revamped technical infrastructure. The migration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and is expected to be completed around 10:00 p.m.
With this transition, we’re laying the technical foundation for the next phase of 24fire’s development. We don’t want to reveal exactly what will change as a result just yet. But we can say one thing: A lot is happening behind the scenes—and you have every reason to be excited.
Your services will continue to run as usual
First things first: Your active services will not be affected by the migration. KVM servers, Plesk web spaces, and domains will continue to run unchanged throughout the entire period.
These areas will be temporarily unavailable
During the migration, we’ll temporarily take our administrative and web systems offline. This includes, among other things, our shop, the control panel, the donation page, and other web interfaces.
During this time, product management, orders, credit top-ups, and the use of ticket support will not be available.
Your products will remain active
Product renewals will be temporarily disabled during the migration. Products that would otherwise expire during this period will, of course, remain active.
The expiration date will automatically be postponed to 24 hours after the migration is actually complete. This will give you plenty of time afterward to top up your credit and renew your products as usual.
The Beginning of Something New
For us, this migration is more than just a technical transition. It marks the completion of a long development phase and is also an important milestone for the future of 24fire.
This new foundation gives us more flexibility to continue developing 24fire over the long term, improve existing offerings, and implement new ideas. Many of these changes will be visible right away, while others will become apparent over time. We look forward to taking the next steps together with you and gradually giving you more insights into what we’ve been working on.
Until then, we ask for your patience. We’ll reveal more when the time comes.
Stay Up to Date
We’ll be posting regular updates on the migration’s progress and information about its successful completion here on our status page:
If you have any questions in the meantime, our support team is, of course, happy to assist you.
Thank you very much for your trust and patience. We’re looking forward to what’s to come!
Your 24fire Team

Starting this morning at 11:54 a.m., we experienced issues with the ordering process. Initially, affected orders could not be created at all—users were not redirected to the payment provider. Later on, while payment was possible, the orders were not processed.
The issue has been resolved, and all affected orders have been processed retroactively.
If you still notice that an order is missing, please create a ticket in our customer portal—we will address it immediately.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
